Cooking Tip   65

If you are not using parchment paper in your baking and other cooking endeavors, you are missing the boat. Parchment paper comes in rolls like aluminum foil or waxed paper. Try lining cookie sheets and baking cookies on a parchment sheet instead of on the metal itself. Your cookies will slide off perfectly and you will not be cleaning your cookie sheet. To be thrifty, a single sheet can be reused a few times and turned over to use the other side. No, the sheets will not catch on fire in the oven!
